Zo svojej skúsenosti môžem povedať, že pokiaľ je mentálna príprava dôsledná, dá sa celá táto skúsenosť brať s humorom a byť dokonca zdrojom inšpirácie. Dovolím si tiež tvrdiť, že táto skúsenosť je náročnejšia psychicky než fyzicky. Hlavnými dôvodmi sú dva faktory – bolesť a čas.

Čas

Čaká ťa veľmi dlhá rehabilitácia. Od nej sa bude priamo odvíjať kvalita tvojho života po plastike. Bude trvať mesiace, kým získaš naspäť ohybnosť kolena. Ak zanedbáš rehabilitáciu, nemusí sa ti to podariť nikdy.

Bolesť
